Garland Road Health Centre

I didn't appreciate being called about a 'missed appointment' for an eye screening. Apparently i was high risk due to being pregnant. I had a miscarriage at the end of June. All of my other appointments had been cancelled. I was due in December. I can't explain how triggering this phone call was for me. I'm genuinely baffled how something like this could happen. Please do better.

I had an eye appointment booked in for 4:50 PM. A member of staff by the name of Cameron came at 5 o’clock to book me in, which he then told me I have to wait another 10 minutes. Another patient arrived at 5PM, which I overhead the gentlemen say his appointment was at 5:25PM. Then Cameron once again came to the waiting area a decided to ask the gentlemen whose appointment was at 5:25 to come in first for his appointment. I attended the clinic on the 10/07/2025 and was met with exceptional service from both Sarah and Megan. They were both friendly, proactive, and incredibly helpful throughout.

This Clinic has a very modern and spacious glass house waiting area. The staff of the special service dentist team are very good and helpful!
