One of the Worst Dental Experiences I Have Had in London I attended this dental practice on several occasions last year. I retain all related correspondence and invoices in my email records, though I have no intention of returning. I was charged £200 for a so-called deep cleaning. Unfortunately, the service fell far below any reasonable standard. During the procedure, my gums bled excessively. Despite this, I was not allowed to use the basin. I have use Eyespy's optician service for many years now and have always had a great experience. A very friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Highly recommended.

Whoever I just spoke to on the phone was not very helpful nor were they very polite. The questions I had she couldn’t even answer and was not very helpful in trying to assist me with services available. I said I was happy to pay for treatments but her tone changed once I asked about whether they offer services to NHS patients. I was only curious and actually looking for a new place to pay for treatments but the way she was speaking and dealing with new customers puts your right off.
