I started coming here for ND:YAG laser hair removal and I’m pleased with the professionalism and the kindness + welcoming vibe from the staff. My laser tech was Soolmaz and she is very good at what she does - I have very coarse hair but surprisingly I was already seeing results even after my first session. Hair growing slower and softer/thinner. Soolmaz doesn’t rush and contrary to other reviews, expert medical is very professional and before I booked in, they explained everything and answered all queries and made any adjustments necessary for me. I would recommend 10 times over

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before paying upfront at this clinic. My friend paid £700 in advance for a laser treatment package. However, when she attended her appointment, she was unexpectedly told she needed to pay again for one of the sessions, despite having already paid in full. The manager later contacted her, apologised, and explained that the issue was due to new staff. She assured my friend that a refund would be processed.
