There mental health unit is terrible I went to see a friends there they are not treated properly patience looking filthy My Friend who I went to see had a nervous breakdown she has bipolar. Her hair was absolutely disgusting and mattered. She had a blackeye. She had a big bruise and a swollen foot very swollen three broken ribs and all marks on the back of her leg and she told me the Staff had been hurting her. I took My Friend sandwiches in fruiting they didn’t want to give They said we will give when we’re ready I took her 35 pairs of socks cause she wanted socks and I took her 16 pairs …

Arrived on time for my appointment to be notified of a 20 minute delay - this eventually grew to a 1 hour 40 minute delay, all whilst being told misleading information. Multiple patients came in and were seen before me because they “definitely couldn’t wait that long”, which is just unfair. Finally seen by the doctor and she takes a personal phone call midway for 6 minutes, leaving me in the room waiting even longer. Staff were lovely and I’m sure this stuff happens, but the miscommunication and unprofessionalism can’t be understated.

No one answers the phone whatever option you push.A recorded message says " we are busy" but also says im number one in the queue. I tried several times. I'd feel better served if it said we dont answer after 3 pm rather than lie and say I will be answered shortly.
