We came to this practice for an opinion for our daughter and requested that her medical records and X-rays be sent so we could obtain a second opinion. To our surprise, the doctor and staff refused to release these records unless after a further follow-up and consultation (which had been organized). Access to medical records is a basic patient right and should never be withheld or used as leverage for another appointment. This experience left us feeling very disappointed and uneasy about the practice.
