Incredibly pleased with the results and service from E-Line and we now have two very fine sets of teeth! At first I did question coming all the way into town to see E-Line and now I could not be happier with my decision two years ago. Absolutely worth it!. We came to this practice for an opinion for our daughter and requested that her medical records and X-rays be sent so we could obtain a second opinion. To our surprise, the doctor and staff refused to release these records unless after a further follow-up and consultation (which had been organized). Access to medical records is a basic patient right and should never be withheld or used as leverage for another appointment. This experience left us feeling very disappointed and uneasy about the practice.
