If I could give zero stars I would. The reception staff here are so incredibly rude they speak to you in a patronising tone and are just overall mannerless. They also talk at the top of their voice so the whole waiting room can hear your personal business. If you are a NHS patient expect to be treated badly it’s quite clear the orthodontist will do the bare minimum to get the job done. Beverly or whatever her name is she is so rude. I have heard others complaining about her in the waiting room. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrific. It feels like a chop shop just trying to rush one in, rush one out with no care whatsoever. The first time we visited it was so rushed and the process wasn’t explained properly. They also said we’d have to pay £75 for a hygienist appointment to do the same thing my dentist ended up doing for free. My dentist said they’ve had so many complaints about this place and that this was not the first time they’ve had clients tell them they’re attempting to charge them for treatments for a child when they should not. I personally did not like it My orthodontist was extremely rude and screamed at me room three top floor my first appointment she did not put my braces on my second appointment. She put my top set by my third appointment. I needed one of my brackets fixed where she proceeded to scream at me saying that she was not gonna put my bottom tooth on and she wasn’t gonna fix the one I broke me being 11 I went home and cried one star never again definitely changing to a better orthodontist or requesting Frank

Dr Stojanka Palko and the nurse Juliana were amazing with me today when getting my braces off and made sure i felt confident about my new smile 😁
