I had not been to a dentist for a very long time, when I first went to see Dr Gupta at Baring Road Practice. Because of previous bad experiences I was extremely nervous. Both the dentist and the assistant were very understanding and showed great compassion without being condescending. They did not judge me because my teeth were in a very poor state. Dr Gupta was honest regarding the work that needed doing to make my mouth healthy again. She put me at ease every step of the way and worked with me to let me go at pace. Miss Gupta is a brilliant dentist. I have been going to her for a good few years now and would never think of going anywhere else. All the staff are very professional & friendly. Miss Gupta has always made me feel at ease, has explained exactly what work needs doing, if any, & always very friendly. Truly an exceptional dentist.
