He is attentive, understanding, and empathetic, and he always gives helpful advice that makes me feel safe and well cared for. I have been helped me numerous times with apts over the phone - the team are very supportive and caring and helpful. I have also seen the nurse at the practice who was great. Recently we went for our 6 week baby apt with Dr Rafique, who was so lovely. He spent lots of time with us, checked me and my baby very thoroughly and offered some wonderful advice. The apt was a real comfort during an overwhelming time, and very reassuring indeed. Dr Rafique was really kind and knowledgeable, and we felt in such good hands and very fortunate to have been able to see him.
