I had a really lovely experience at this practice. The receptionist Camelia was very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, she was smiley and attentive which made the whole check in process feel quick and easy. I saw Georgina for my hygiene appointment and she was really thorough, explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I never felt rushed and actually left the appointment much more informed about my oral health, which hasn’t always been my experience before. I recently visited Direct Dental Balham and had an absolutely amazing experience. The whole team was fantastic, and the practice has a high-end, luxury feel while still being warm and welcoming. The reception team were incredibly inviting and helpful, instantly putting me at ease. The dental nurses and dentists were equally amazing and made the whole visit comfortable and reassuring. I am so happy with Direct Dental Balham. I had my first appointment in August 2025 where I was seen by Dentist Dr Farnam Pourreza. He was friendly and really put me at ease, explained everything clearly, and I genuinely felt that he cared about my teeth and gum health.
