I have had my aligners for a while now, and due to having issues with my general health, I didn’t wear them. I was kicked off the app and was never allowed back in. With continuous emails, and me trying to communicate, nothing was ever resolved. I was spoken to on email to try get myself back in the app, he said I should be able to log in now, however I wasn’t. Few weeks go by, I email again, and no contact. Emailed last week, I went to the wrong department who transferred my email to the correct team, still no contact. Avoid at all cost, worst customer service I've ever experienced. Over 2 years and over 100 separate e-mails (all of which I have retained). I am well over two years into what was alleged to be a 4-6 month process. From Day one there have been errors in communication and constant confusion. When I initially looked around for Aligners In Feb 22 there were scans available in Belfast. When I went to book the scan in April, Belfast was gone and I was told there were no scans available in Belfast.
