Rishi is a great dentist. He treats you like family and provides exceptional care and service. He really took the time to treat me with care and precision for the extraction of my tooth. Dora who is the dental nurse was equally as helpful. They both made sure I was comfortable. Amber who is the receptionist was polite and greeted me with a smile. Dental Beauty Southgate is my go to dentist and travel 30miles to visit them. I happily make the trip because I know they will look after me.
After attending my hygienist appointment today I wish to let you know that the dynamic duo, Nadia and Maricena made this a happy experience. Not only are they both very considerate kind and very caring, thoughtful, dare I say it was an enjoyable experience because of their kind consideration, to make me feel comfortable and secure in their professional approach to the whole experience. Very welcoming from when you first walk in. Dentist and nurse both excellent in talking through the options,explaining everything, checking on me regularly to make sure I was ok and not in any pain. Makes the experience much better when all staff are very pleasant and caring.
Simply one of the most incredible first encounters of my entire 70 years so far. A dental team who actually cares about the patient. Who cares more about what is correct for the patient above finances. Who is so thorough it defies belief. I had implants before so I feel qualified to write this. Sripal I had never met and after a long consultation, unhurried so intense and with precision engineering, I feel I have known him for years!
