I had an appointment with Dr. Sheikh Rahman today and I’m very happy with my experience. This was my second appointment, and he fixed two of my teeth. He is very polite and explained everything clearly. The treatment was done excellently. I really appreciate his care and professionalism. The assistant was very good as well. I went for a check up recently as I was having pain in my bottom back molars, inside the tooth and around the gums as they are receding. The dentist said I need sealants to reduce sensitivity (previous ones have come anway) and said I needed to come back to have this done. Would have thought this could be done then and there but gave her the benefit of the doubt. The next available appointment wasn’t for another 3 weeks, which again, I accepted gracefully, though I had to avoid eating on one side due to pain. What a lovely practice. All the way from the lovely receptionist to the dentist herself and dental nurse. So clean, professional and caring. I was so nervous having a traumatic experiences from another local dentist. Dr Azam was amazing. She made me feel so relaxed and was able to help me in the same day. I am so grateful for their help today and how comfortable they made me feel. What a lovely team. Would definitely recommend coming if you are a nervous patient especially. I am an extreamley nervous patient and the support and care from Receptionists, Hygenists, Dental Nurses to Dentists on my dental journey has been the best experience I've ever had.
