Change in management has resulted in a call centre rather than a receptionist. Appointments are un managed and not suitable for purpose for example, a retainer fitting not having another appointment scheduled in at the same time. Braces coming off with another child only a half an hour appointment made resulting in the child now looking to have them off one and half months later. No handover between othodentists leaving. After being very happy with the dentist before they were taken over, this poor management has resulted in frustration.

I currently have Dr. Faranak Modarai as my orthodontist, and I would highly recommend her if you need some work done on your teeth. Happy with the results.

We absolutely love this orthodontic practice. Dr Modari has looked after our children’s teeth so beautifully. She could not be more thorough and careful, but practical also and very considerate of their wishes. She really listens and communicates beautifully at the right level whatever age they are. Our 16-year-old, who is coming to the end of his braces now, has suddenly realised looking around him at school that his teeth look exceptionally good and that there are different standards of orthodontic skill out there! We will miss seeing Dr Modari!
