I visited Damira Docklands Dental Practice for the first time. Initially, I paid £37, which was a special promotional offer for a dental examination. Following the examination, the dentist recommended hygiene treatment. The receptionist then helped me book an appointment and informed me that the cost of the hygiene treatment would be £70, which I agreed to. However, once I was seated and the treatment was about to begin, I was informed that I required advanced hygiene treatment, which would cost £100, and I was asked to pay the additional amount. I had a very pleasant experience when I attended my regular dental checkup on 1/12/2025. I was seen by Dr. Anna Hope. She carried out the checking and examination of my dental and oral condition efficiently and professionally. Explaining to me what she was doing along the way. The dental assistant also has a gentle handling of the suction during the cleaning process. All in all I am very happy with the experience. One last comment: Dr. Hope and her assistant makes a good team!
Been visiting for a number of years and it's always been great. A great team, fronted by a super efficient receptionist along with a good online booking and payment system. Importantly, the dental team are great, Aidin particularly is totally professional whilst being friendly, explaining everything, competently undertaking various treatments all pain free, and providing good advice. Highly recommended.
I had my hygiene appointment yesterday with Dr. Dhruv and Aleesha, and they were amazing! Both were super gentle, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. The clinic was spotless, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. Highly recommend them for great care and perfect hygiene!
