I recently had a hygiene appointment at Cap City Dental and I can truly say the care is worth every penny. The reception staff are so kind and attentive, the dentist was so thorough and had an eye for detail. I normally dislike scale and polishes however I will certainly be back to Cap City for my next one!!
I had an issue at this practice based on some incorrect website info and misunderstanding that resulted from that. The office went absolutely above and beyond to rectify it in a swift manner - I’m actually blown away by the customer service they offered. Dr. George was wonderful, so calming (I’m an anxious dental patient), and addressed all of my concerns in my appointment as well. After having some negative experiences at a dental practice in the US, I’ve definitely found my go-to place in London and know I can trust this practice and the entire staff.
Great experience at Cap City Dental! The staff is friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The practice is clean and modern as well as conveniently located to my work. The care was thorough and gentle. Highly recommend!
The best dentist I've ever come across. George has done it all, and knows how to help you. He has a great manner, is calm and super proficient. In fact I've come to him twice over the years to fix issues caused by other dentists. He's that good. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.
