I had an excellent experience at Bupa Dental, West End. The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, especially Jacqui Smith, the dental nurse, who was fantastic throughout my visit. My dentist was highly skilled and thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the treatment clearly. Jacqui provided exceptional support, ensuring I felt at ease and informed at every stage. Had a wonderful appointment with Mira last month. I’ve been seeing Mira for over 10 years and she is the most authentic dentist you will find. Focussed on minimal intervention to maintain the original tooth. A true professional and a real artist in ensuring the tooth looks great, whilst fulfilling its purpose; to help you chew!!! Best Dentist I’ve ever had and am desperately hanging on to her - despite the frequent admin staff issues which I gloss over because she’s so fantastic. Got to get the priorities right!

One word sums up the treatment I received from periodontist, Maria Retzepi -“ brutal”. I was literally traumatised by her attitude and the way she treated me generally. I’m 71 and never had cause to complain about any dentist in my life before - thankfully have found a gentle and kind alternative elsewhere so will not return to Bupa West End. Reception staff, nurses and hygienist were lovely - but I advise to avoid Maria Retzepi.
