Bupa Health and Dental Centre - Canary Wharf (Crossrail)

Absolutely shocking how far the standards have fallen! I've been a long time patient, and Bupa Canary Wharf Dental and GP were both top level of service - from friendly reception staff to well versed doctors to clean premises. And now it's the exact opposite! I visited for a hygiene appointment - the reception staff was moody, the hygienist hardly smiled and just wanted to get it over with, and the dental instruments looked old and used. It no longer feels like a premium healthcare provider, but a rundown clinic holding on to its former glory. Never coming back again!

Miles Hammed-Brazel is the best physio I could have hoped to meet. I had been dealing with a strange leg pain for months, and after visiting my GP—who only prescribed ibuprofen—I decided to see a physio at Bupa in Canary Wharf. From the start, Miles was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I noticed a clear improvement by my second session thanks to the exercises he gave me, and I was fully recovered after just five sessions. I can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist.

I came here for my annual health assessment provided by work. The venue is very clean and modern there are some refreshment and hot drinks provided. When I arrived, the receptionist asked me to sit and wait in the waiting area. The nurse came pick me up. She greeted me and led me to the room. I did a bunch of tests. I got my blood taken. I was asked to lay down on the bed. It was really quick and comfortable. The nurse was very gentle and comforting. While I was doing other tests she already got my blood test result ready.
