I had such a lovely experience at this Bupa practice today (5th March); my first visit and definitely not my last! Becky on reception was so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She immediately put me at ease and made the whole check-in process feel relaxed and friendly. Saga, my hygienist, was absolutely incredible. She did such a thorough job and really took the time to show me how I can improve my dental care, explaining everything clearly and without any judgement. It’s always reassuring to walk in any room when someone greets you so warmly it makes you feel at home instantly. I have been going to the Soho Clinic for over 10 years and one familiar face has always given me that reassuring feeling. Thank you, Rebecca for being so kind and reassuring. This is my first time to leave a review and I also met Saghar for the first time. Thank you for being honest and for making me feel like someone actually cared. The way you explained things came with sincerity and genuine care.
All love for this place !! I've been coming here most of my life, so I can confidently say that the actual dental service is efficient and effective. More importantly, everyone is so friendly and helpful! I always love to chat with the receptionists and dental nurses, and with my hygienist and dentist. I sometimes forget I'm at the dentist and not just hanging out with my friends... 5 stars really recommend
From the initial phone call to book an emergency appointment, front of house receptionist shown genuine signs of concern, cooperation, and effort over the phone to have me in as short a notice, as possible. Upon me arriving, staff were all extremely welcoming, attentive, and good-natured. The appointment itself, was extremely straightforward; No time was wasted- I was offered a plan of action, which was then followed up by immediate resolve.
