I had a routine check-up with Dr Frankgate and also had three fillings done. The whole experience was very smooth from start to finish. He communicates very clearly and always makes sure you understand what is happening, patiently answering questions and explaining everything in a way that is easy to follow. I honestly can’t thank Dr Bhav and Nurse Lili enough. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. So attentive, supportive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. They truly put 100% into my case and made me feel completely looked after every step of the way. Their professionalism, care, and dedication are just amazing. I come in for an emergency dentist appoitment this morning and I was impressed by the clinic staff. Martin, the doctor was warm and profesional.He explained me everything and that transparency meant a lot. The treatmeant was quick, effective and I walked out feeling relieved. The nurse, Mariana, made me feel valued and comfortable during the visit. Nicoleta, at front desk reception went extra mile to provide an amazing experience to me and the rest of clients.The reception feels very organized and strikes a perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. Had a new patient assessment with Dr Shaila today, after avoiding the dentist for years. I went with her because the website stated that she is very good with nervous patients and honestly, she did not disappoint. She was so gentle and reassuring, it was a really nice experience. The staff in general are very friendly and supportive. I was assisted by Pelumi who works at the reception. I’m definitely sticking with them.
