Bupa Dental Care Kensington - High Street

I rarely leave feedback after medical visits, but this time I really want to commend Bupa Dental Kensington. I had a hygienist appointment on 30 Jan ’26, and I was so, so lucky to get an appointment with Norma. To say that I’m happy wouldn’t be enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and explained a lot about common hygiene issues - what causes them, how to prevent and how to fix them. The scale and polish were done very well too. I honestly can’t thank Dr Kamala and her assistant Gee enough! Years of daily lemon water had left my teeth severely eroded and I didn't even realise it! My teeth were extremely sensitive (due to the erosion), yet my previous dentist never mentioned anything. He just kept creating new mouthguards for me that were uncomfortable and that I ended up not using, because he told me that grinding was the problem. I had to revert to an emergency appointment regarding a cracked infected tooth that required extraction. I was seen to by dental specialist Pedro Arteche who was very assuring and attentive. Pedro, on inspecting my tooth diagnosed pulpitis and suggested a pulpotomy instead to try and save my natural tooth which he did with care and explained clearly the steps and rationale. I was very impressed and grateful for his approach. A top top dental professional who has my recommendations anytime!

My treatment with Dr Kubal was brilliant. Her and her colleague did a filling and routine check up for me. It went v. well, smoothly and lovely staff. The reception also v. friendly. Small things like this go a long way - well done team!
