Excellent dental clinic. Clean, friendly and efficient. 1. The receptionists are awesome, very helpful and proactive when an appointment needs to be changed. 2. My dentist, Phil Walberg, is very friendly and professional, highly recommended 3. Joanne Slack, my hygienist, is very professional, careful and efficient. Couldn't recommend enough.
Had a general check-up, scaling and polishing here and genuinely impressed. My dentist, Iain Bott was incredibly thorough — from the scan to the X-rays, he made sure every tiny unclear spot was rechecked. He explained everything in detail: what I should prioritise next, what’s optional, and what isn’t necessary. I also appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell unnecessary cosmetic treatment. The hygienist was great too — efficient but still very careful, and made sure everything was properly cleaned and polished. Overall, super professional team and a very reassuring experience. Professional, super clean and friendly practice. I have been going there for 15 years and consistently receive outstanding treatment and advice. My dentist Ella always takes time to discuss my overall health and makes me feel comfortable if I'm apprehensive about a treatment. The staff at reception is also really friendly and efficient. Cannot recommend highly enough!
This was a great experience. Even with my Bupa insurance cover I will say the bill was on the expensive side, but the hygienist was amazing (I have very sensitive teeth and Laura was extremely careful and I barely felt any pain at all). Dr Bott was also extremely thorough in his first exam, and I left very happy with his explanation of what I need to keep an eye on - no pressure whatsoever to do any work I don't absolutely need. Great experience, will come back.
