I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Archangel Clinic, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing dental experiences I have ever encountered. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, it was evident that the level of service was far below acceptable standards, leaving much to be desired. Went here for a check up and the dentist barely looked at my teeth - within <5 minutes (including scale and polish) I was told all was fine and I could go. Nothing was recorded about the condition of my teeth or communicated to me. They tried to sell me a mouth guard without telling me upfront it would be £300. They said they'd usually do an x-ray (only when I asked) but the machine was broken. They suggested I come back in 3 months despite there being nothing wrong. Very bad experience, waste of £27, and I will have to pay again elsewhere to get a check up I can trust.
