We had our first encounter with Dr Caroline for myself and 2 children. So professional , so friendly and kind. We felt so comfortable and in good hands. She explained every step of the way of what she is doing , asked a lot of questions and even gave us some dental products recommendations to enhance our dental hygiene experience. I had a very disappointing experience at 80 Kensington High Street Dental. I felt the consultation was rushed and lacked proper explanation of my treatment options. Rather than discussing balanced solutions, there was a strong emphasis on expensive private procedures, which made me uncomfortable and pressured.
