The public interface of The London Clinic is baffling and inconsistent. Getting hold of the right person is harder than it should be amidst a plethora or phone numbers and emails; once I made an appointment, this was forgotten and I had to accept another appointment days later. Marrying up the appointment and the Guarantee of Payment required yet another phone call. The actual medical side was OK: no waiting times, reasonably thorough examination.

Great location 2 minutes from the underground, nice space very clean and professional looking. The front reception staff are somewhat solemn and barely look up when you walk in and provided no greeting just "name?". Frankly not a great start but the doctor was welcoming, knowledgeable and patient with no feeling of being rushed. Overall very happy with the experience would have given 5* if I had received just a hello and basic reception welcome.

Incredible. What would have been a battle with a receptionist and then a 4 week wait to have a rushed appointment with an NHS GP was all completed within 24 hours at MyHealthcare Clinic Harley Street. Friendly, personable reception team, easy to make an appointment and an appointment at exactly the time required within 24 hours of booking. I was given very detailed information regarding my Randox blood results. I never felt rushed at anytime. I was given answers to what was causing months of ill health, which I can now highlight with my own GP and have follow up tests done regarding any health issues discussed.
