All the staff are friendly and welcoming, doing their best to ensure that patients are seen as soon as is possible. I have always felt that I have been treated as an individual, with the dentists findings and treatment being clearly explained.
Today, after 48 years, I had my first ever fillings as an adult!! I am fortunate to be registered as an NHS patient at Union Street Dental Practice, Lochgilphead and when I told the staff that I was quite nervous and anxious the Dentist Mr Sanjeeva Olepu & the dental staff were so understanding, supportive and I was even given techniques to help me relax & cope with the process. Throughout the procedure my welfare was checked on. I cannot thank the staff enough for their professionalism and caring approach.
The best NHS dentist I have ever had . Quick diagnosis , quick and very professional treatment. Brilliant staff who always try and accommodate you .
