Along with my partner been a patient for over a year. Amazing staff excellent treatment. Hes no longer their now but dentist sam is an amazing dentist and through his hard work gave me my smile and confidence back.

Very very unprofessional practice , had numerous appointments cancelled on short notice . Called up numerous times to say I couldn’t make an appointment as had to go for covid test to which I recieved not even answer or a call back. I then emailed later that night to clarify this , not 1 person got back to me until it was time for my next appointment and I was told on the day “ oh by the way we took you off register” also had a disaster with paying for hundreds of pounds of treatment to which they apparently couldn’t remember until about 2 years later they admitted I was right but still no…

Been a patient in there Lochgelly practice for about 3 years now x and I found them to be absolutely amazing.
