Had a great experience at Llanrwst Dental Practice. I have been a patient for many years and am happy to report have always had a good experience. The staff are all friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The reception staff always greet you with a smile which puts you at ease and sets the tone for the rest of the experience. After losing my old dentist after the covid pandemic I was pretty much giving up looking for another NHS dentist. My old practice went fully private after the pandemic and I couldn't afford it to be honest. I applied to the dental access portal last year and to be perfectly honest I wasn't expecting anything for a year or more, because of the current sate of NHS dentistry in Wales. I’ve always been scared of the dentist, but this practice completely changed my experience. The team was so kind, patient, and reassuring, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was gentle. I’m honestly so grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone who feels anxious about dental visits.

Lovely visit today at llanrwst staff are very friendly and very helpful. Even going to this dentist i have learned alot about my teeth and how to look after them. I was extreamly happy with my first visit here i am giving 5* because of how helpful this practice is and friendly.
