I had a tooth removed by Rhian and, as it was quite a difficult extraction, I was extremely nervous beforehand. Rhian was absolutely fantastic — she immediately recognised how anxious I was and took the time to put me completely at ease. She explained everything clearly, was very patient and gentle, and made the whole experience far less stressful than I expected. I’m so grateful for her care and professionalism and couldn’t recommend her highly enough I find the whole Practice and the reception staff very friendly thank you.
Outstanding service provided by Jessica and her dental nurse at my recent appointment. I have recently changed practices to Murray Street and felt that I had a thorough check-up and scale and polish. Jessica explained everything clearly and gave me comprehensive advice & tools to maintain good dental hygiene. They were both very friendly, polite and professional. The best dental practice I have ever been to, by a country mile!! Everyone is so friendly, starting with, Claire, Alison and Jayne the receptionists, and going right through to Diane, my hygenist, and the fab double-act of Edward (Dentist) and Donna (Dental Nurse), who bounce off each other and immediately put you at ease with their easy, friendly banter, while working seamlessly together, like a well-oiled machine.
