Truly one of the most unprofessional and incompetent dental practices I’ve ever dealt with. I was booked in for a hygienist appointment, only to be cancelled 25 minutes before I was due to arrive. No warning. No apology worth mentioning. The excuse? They claimed I hadn’t had a check-up since 2024 — which is flat-out wrong, as I’ve attended the dentist within the last six months. This clearly highlights how shockingly poor their suggestion of “records” actually are. This practice has zero respect for patients’ time. Dr Naomi has been my dentist for many, many years. I discovered she moved here and immediately signed up. She has her work cut out for her! I'm a wreck in the chair and I swear if it wasn't for her I'd have dentures by now. Fantastic dentist and the team are friendly and welcoming. Lovely nurse and a very patient receptionist explained how the denplan works. Seriously, with the right dentist, even root canals can be painless. Nobody go anywhere for at least a decade please!

Having recently moved, I needed to find a new dentist and had my first check-up a couple of days ago.. The team were welcoming and professional, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly. The appointment was relaxed, well organised, and left me feeling very confident in the care provided. I’d happily recommend Craig-y-Don Dental Practise.

Recently, Dr. Robert Horseman restored a denture that had fallen off my upper bridge, extracted two loose lower teeth, and made a set lower denture with a bridge for me. The restoration of the upper denture was very successful, and the new lower bridge denture is also comfortable after adjustments. Through these experiences, I have deeply appreciated Dr. Robert Horseman’s excellent skills, professional attitude, and meticulous care for his patients. I am very grateful for the service provided by him, his assistant, and the entire team; five stars!
