Celtic Dental Practice

I’ll start by saying the dentist was great and the treatment received I have no issues with. I have used this dental practice twice for emergency appointments for my children. The first time I was moaned at for being a few minutes late, the last time I was moaned at for arriving a few minutes early (13:50 for a 14:00 appointment) I was told to go away and come back closer to 14:00.. I went back at exactly 14:00 and then was told to wait in reception where I waited for 30 minutes before being seen at 14:30 for my 14:00 appointment. Now I have absolutely no problem with waiting for my app…

Had an emergency appointment here today after suffering severe tooth pain for the last 3 days. Fantastic experience,Alex explained all the options available to me and had a tooth taken out, didn't t feel a thing. All the staff and nurses were very polite and helpful, definitely recommend this place.

Phoned 111 for a emergency dental appointment and was allocated a time and date at this practice. Well managed - email form to complete before attending, treatments were explained along with costings before they were done. Friendly staff.

Been with this dentist for a few years, never any problems.Myself and my husband have been back,once in Dec,and again in January.Neither of us have had such a bad experience with a Dentist! It has now gone private,and even if it was still NHS ,we would never return to the practice. Worst Dentist ever!!!
