Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs. Cancel appointments without prior notification and lack any empathy for young children with anxiety for dental appointments. Caused great distress to my young children who get anxious with dental appointments. Practice manager rude and offensive and when you ask why you weren't contacted you get threatened with being struck off for asking the question. My crown fell out whilst on holiday, Phoned and had emergency appointment upon my return. Receptionist was so helpful and Dr Bronya was as always truely proffessional knew my history was able to repair the crown. Dr Bronya attention to detail and care is first class

Another excellent appointment with the caring and highly professional Dr Bronya and her very skilled assistant. Imagine Dental is a well organised, friendly practice, uses IT effectively, and we are fortunate to be patients.

I have been with this dentist for several years and usually have nothing but positive things to say. Unfortunately in the past few months, they’ve cancelled 3 of my appointments. The most frustrating thing is they can’t offer me another appointment until a month later. I understand emergencies happen but all of these cancellations are unacceptable and unprofessional. And speaking of professionalism, the lady on reception could do with brushing up on her customer service skills as instead of understanding why I was so frustrated, I found her tone to be extremely rude.
