I have only become a patient at this practice recently, having left my previous dentist when their approach changed to being focused less on patient satisfaction. The experience here could not be more different - smiles and pleasantries from reception staff, clinical staff extremely efficient and caring. Every step has been explained clearly, as have options and costings. I am so pleased that I made the change and only wish I could give 10 stars!
I was a little apprehensive before my first visit to the Croft Dental practice. However, I need not have been. All the staff are so friendly. I was made to feel very welcome and my appointments with the hygienist and dentist were unhurried and thorough.
I needed to get a dental procedure done prior to a hospital appointment. The reception staff worked really hard to get me a cancellation. That accomplished I was treated with the usual professionalism, no pain, plenty of reassurance. Also pleased to say smooth recovery. Thank you one and all.
Excellent service from everyone at this practice. The receptionist are welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Nothing was too much trouble to the lass who made my dentures. Great bunch of people.
