Visited Design Dental after experiencing a damaged tooth whist playing sports. Spoke to Natasha who was amazing and so helpful. She managed to book me in so quickly and communication was excellent. Dr Shaan did an outstanding job repairing my tooth, he is so friendly and made me feel so at ease. His workmanship and skills are outstanding, repaired my tooth to a high level and very pleased with the end result. Explained the full process, provided me brilliant aftercare advice. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough and will definitely be using you in the future!

I am incredibly anxious about dentists, it’s a phobia I’ve had for many years which has led to me not going regularly. I saw them advertised on Google stating they are good with nervous patients. From the moment I emailed them, Natasha, the receptionist talked me through absolutely everything, not once did anything come across condescending. I've just started my first set of invisalines with Design Dental, and I couldn't be happier. I found an ad on Facebook and decided to enquire and get a quote. I was a bit worried about doing invisalines, as I didn't know much about them, but I received a call from Natasha, who was brilliant. She really put my mind at ease and answered my (many) questions, and she's partly the reason why I decided to go for it, because I realised it wasn't as bad as I initially thought. I have an irrational fear of the dentist so choosing to have braces fitted was a huge step for me. From day one the team put me at ease, explained my options and reassured me throughout. My teeth straightened in just 20 weeks and I then went on to have composite bonding on an old capped tooth and am so pleased with the results. Yes it isn’t cheap but your teeth are forever and it was so worth it. I have confidence that if I need them for anything I can go back. Thank you!
