Smile Dental Care Liskeard

I have been registered with this dentist for over ten years I called this morning to make a routine appointment and was told that due to a head office error I am no longer on their patient list. I asked what I could do about that and was told there was absolutely nothing I could do despite it being there error. Appalling no wonder NHS dental care in this country is on its knees.

If i could give zero stars I would. My family were registered here, and were fir iver 25 years, and have been unable to get a check up since Covid. The reasons given, were we have no dentists, were seeing children only, or only if you have an emergency. We were assured after every telephone call, that we wouldn't be taken off their NHS dental list with this practice. But now that we have an emergency.... Guess what we've been taken off the list. I have been with this dentist for 25 years, my children are registered here too. Today I got a phone call to say my youngest is being taken off of their NHS register so they will not see her as yet another dentist has left so we will need to register her elsewhere , we all had a group appointment next week, she is 15 months old! They have however kept my older two children on and we still have our appointment next week so the fact they have lost a dentist is not relevant. Apparently the receptionist said there are a few families in our situation and she was ringing others after us.

Visited with my 6 year old twins today because they each needed a filling. Solomon was incredible and put them at ease straight away. I was worried about how they would be, but it was fine. Thank you to Solomon and the team for a great experience, meaning I left with 2 happy little girls and zero stress.
