We moved to the area about two years ago, so I needed a new dentist. I had an emergency case before I could register with any dental practice. Giving a call to a number of practices, West Port Dental was the only one, who seemed to be happy to help me instead of directing me to NHS help line. They returned my call and I could have an appointment within a reasonable time. Their welcome was nice, my broken tooth was fixed very well. My dentist was Louise. She seems a very nice person, but not a good dentist. I wanted to have one crown done on a wisdom tooth and one other crown. I requested if this could have been done in one go. She agreed and I booked a long appointment with her. 1) I had to wait a month for this appointment, because of the length of the appointment. 2) In that appointment, she claimed that the crown could be not exactly very well fitting if she prepared both teeth in one appointment and asked if I wanted to have them done in one single appointment.
