Fairoaks Dental Practice are truly exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door, the friendly reception team make you feel welcome and at ease. As someone who has always felt anxious about visiting the dentist, I was amazed by how comfortable and reassured I felt throughout my appointment. Jaymin explained every step of the treatment clearly, constantly checking that I was okay and making sure I felt calm at all times. This was my first time at the Fairoaks dental surgery. Alison and her team were all so welcoming, kind and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Absolutely amazing service and treatment from all the staff at Fairoaks, I can’t praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone. My experiences from Kerry on reception, the dental nurses, the hygienist Clare and dentist and co-owner Gary have been absolutely 5 star. I can also highly recommend the teeth whitening treatment they offer as per my pics. They have bought back a white smile again after many years of smoking and neglect.
The team have been brilliant from start to finish, with Kerry at reception who is very kind, patient and understanding to the specialists who have come up with a plan to really get me back on track with what I need to do to get my teeth health right. They are all understanding and very honest and they have some great modern equipment to get the best diagnosis. Jay … brilliant and very understanding, Deepa … again brilliant and very patient and understanding with amazing support from Abbey, loved Claire’s passion with the oral hygiene and for the first time was actually shown the right way …
