Had an appointment today at 2.30 I was in serious pain due to infection. I was so so nervous and my anxiety was threw the roof. My name was called and they took me in tears tripping me with fear but they were so gentle and talked me threw step by step. Didn't get their names but the 2 girls were brilliant didn't feel a thing thankyou so much
I recently had a dental emergency and was in the most awful pain from an abcess. Called the practice and was seen within an hour, and had Root Canal treatment the next working day which is incredible given the current Covid 19 situation. Friendly, caring and very professional staff. I can't thank you enough!
Very friendly staff and always makes me feel relaxed before appointments due to my fears of dentist and they try there best to not leave you waiting long for a emergency appointment if needed
Was told to come at 2 to be seen for bad toothache and I might have to wait which was OK but to sit for 2 hrs 45 mins in total agony and be totally ignored just wasn't fair an update would've been nice I've walked out never to return
