I highly recommend this dental practice. Dr Handa is a miracle worker – in just one visit she fixed three of my daughter’s teeth quickly, efficiently and completely pain-free. She explained everything to me clearly and talked me through every step of the treatment. The reception staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. If I could give ten stars, I would. Wow just wow! Myself and my family have been visiting Pickering House for many years now, Mrs Handa is just amazing, we have regular checkups, always greeted with kind, caring and friendly staff on the reception, followed by incredible care when sat in the chair. Today my daughter had 2 teeth extracted and Mrs Handa and Kim were incredible with her reassuring her constantly throughout the whole procedure, checking she was ok and not just in a professional way but they genuinely cared for her. Such a friendly and professional dental practice. I’ve been coming here for years and have always felt well looked after, respected, and in very safe hands. Dentist Kate was especially friendly and welcoming with my toddler today — she made him feel comfortable and had him laughing, which made such a difference. The nurses were wonderfully organised and Kim helped to entertain my toddler while I had my check-up. I couldn’t be more grateful.

I had a fantastic experience with this dentist. They were able to fit me in on the same day thanks to a cancellation, which I really appreciated. I needed a tooth removed, and Mrs Handa was amazing — she made me feel completely at ease and explained absolutely everything beforehand. The whole team was lovely, welcoming, and professional.
