Wonderful Dentist, so greatful to Ben and his assistant for his exceptional care and expertise this week. I had a complicated extraction and I am a very nervous patient. His reassurance and gentle approach helped me cope really well with the proceedure and I am recovering very well. Can I add the reception team are very polite and helpful. Thank you so much 💯

The reception staff are always incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to accommodate and Kevin our dentist is fantastic in everything he does for you - Kind professional and diligent. The best dental practice I have ever attended in over 60 years since I was a toddler. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mermaid to anyone I know.

The dentist we saw here was atrocious and completely uncaring. My daughter went in with extreme tooth pain and after doing an xray she claimed there was nothing wrong with the tooth and she just had to brush more. The next day when the pain got so bad she was screaming in agony, we called to ask for antibiotics and she said she was going on her lunch break and then later refused to prescribe any without another appointment days later. We ended up going to children's a&e who helped with pain relief, gave her anti nausea medication as she was throwing up constantly and antibiotics. When we …
