Excellent care and friendly staff. Very pleased with the service we received for my son.

I visited Longstaff in his surgery, he held his arm out to indicate that I could either sit in a desk chair opposite him or on the couch, I didn't see the need to be on the couch so I sat on the chair, he immediately marched to a chair writing the corner and sat there sulking - which I didn't realise until sometime after (because he wrote in the records I KINDLY asked [me] to sit on the couch" and I didn't receive the records for 14 months after), we spent a good 25 minutes together, my son and I walked from the Surgery to the car and drove off waving.
