Always a smiling, friendly & helpful welcome from the receptionists when you enter. The dentists come out to you to take you into their room & are also very welcoming. The atmosphere is always positive. The premises are sparkling clean. It was great to see Dentist Oonagh again yesterday after her leave from the practice. She is the most gentle & friendly dentist I've ever been treated by (& I'm going on 80 so have been seen by many dentists). Over the years here Dr Ross and his team listen to you, never rush you & really do their best for you. Thank you all.

I have been registered here for a couple of years after moving from a different dentists. Friendly, warm service at reception. Organised and usually on time for appointments, the clinic is clean and professional. The dentist I see is Oonagh and she is genuinely lovely, kind, welcoming and puts you at ease in the chair. Today I had my composite bonding repair done along with my general check-up and clean with Nga, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nga was incredibly gentle, thorough, and reassuring throughout the whole appointment. The composite bonding looks amazing—natural, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for.
