Smile Clinic Leeds (Headingley)

The receptionist is consistently rude and unhelpful. She sits behind the desk chewing gum, avoids eye contact, and cuts patients off while they are speaking. On every visit, the lack of basic courtesy is striking. Something seems to go wrong between appointments each time, and getting through on the phone is difficult at best. We had a fantastic experience with Hans (Orthodontist) and Bobby (Nurse). They were always very polite, kind and professional. They clearly always went above and beyond even at the busiest times. I always appreciated how well we were treated, the details provided and how well we kept up to date. I called Smile Clinic today and enquired about my son’s missed referral, instead of worries and stress it turns into a positive outcome because Lily one of their staff member adviced and supported me with all my questions and queries.
