Was a valued paying customer at My Dentist Crossgates. I went to all my appointments and paid every time. Phoned up one day to make an appointment.. only then to be told I'm no longer registered. When I asked why.. the receptionist was arrogant and belittling to me and blamed me for not making an appointment in the time from my last checkup. I did say I have not received any texts or letters or phone calls about making an appointment or being taken off the register.. but apparently its my fault for not making one.. but my name and dob ate still on their system. I had an excellent experience with my root canal treatment done by Dr Ahmed Ahmed. He was calm, friendly and really reassuring throughout the whole treatment, checking in with me regularly and explaining each step as he went. The procedure was completely pain-free, and I felt very well looked after before, during and after. The tooth is feeling fine and improving so far. I Would definitely recommend.

Yasmeen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She took her time and was really attentive throughout, explaining what she was doing and making sure I was comfortable. She was respectful, friendly, and genuinely professional from start to finish. I’ve never had my teeth cleaned this well, best hygienist experience I’ve had. Highly recommend Yasmeen.
