Seems to have got a bit better than when the 'PATCHS' system began. However my wife was waiting over an hour for her appointment the other week. Gotten a bit easier to book appointments
I've been with this gp for many years but it has never been so bad. The receptionists are very rude, trying to make you feel that they are doing you a favour! Medical negligence! Stay away!
Today I saw Dr. Davis over a problem with my neck and found him to be one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Very friendly, professional and explained everything in detail and put my mind at rest. He is a credit to the practice.
Was told my medications would be ready to collect on a Saturday. Been up theres no meds, cant contact the doctors because they shut. Been up here just over 3 weeks and all ive had is problems with this surgery. I now have to wait until MONDAY to meds that I told drs I needed I probably wont grt them till Wednesday now.... I will be putting a formal complaint
