Overall a good clinic with lovely drs. Recent visit a new Rude receptionist with red hair who spoke to my daughter in a rude manner. If you’re working in pediatrics then learn to speak to children in a kind manner. Other reception staff are lovely.

I attended an appointment in the oral surgery department two days ago. All the staff were lovely ,polite and professional. Thank you for putting my mind at ease .

My disabled sister had a tooth taken out by Doctor Manny, he was accompanied by Nurses Olivia and Lavan who were lovely. Dr Manny was very attentive and caring towards my sister. He did the procedure so effortlessly. So impressive. Thank you Dr Manny.

The restorative department is very professional, well organised and slick. I can't fault the service from the department, from reception to consultant, everyone works as a team to deliver a friendly and professional service. If they could replicate this way of working across all NHS outpatients then it would be an outstanding national service.
