Have had a phobia about dentists for years but needed to see one and Langdale was recommended. From the initial.contact everything was 5 star from the receptionists to the dentist to the hygienist. Everything was explained to the fullest by x-rays and pictures and there was never any miscommunication about treatment and why it was required. For a sceptic this was a conversion and I have no qualms about attending in the future.
A few years ago, in desperation, I emailed James’s other branch at Briggate (my wife is a patient there). I had been misdiagnosed by another dentist and was also dealing with an allergic reaction to the antibiotics they had prescribed. Even though I wasn’t a patient at the practice, I reached out on the Friday and James saw me on the Monday. He immediately put me at ease, clearly explained what the real issue was, and sorted everything out straight away. The relief I felt was incredible. Since then, I’ve enrolled at Langdale, and I can honestly say James has completely restored my confide…
I had an amazing experience at Langdale! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. James and Grace were absolutely lovely - warm, professional, and incredibly reassuring throughout my visit. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly recommend!
Dr. Aileen saved my tooth with a root canal treatment. Before seeing her, I visited three local dentists, and each of them said the tooth had to be removed. None of them tried to save it. Since then, Dr. Aileen has become my trusted family dentist.
