I recently had an appointment at Jem Dental scheduled for 1:00 PM, and unfortunately part of my experience was not positive. I arrived early for my appointment, knocked on the door, and found it was locked. There were several other people standing outside, and they told me that you have to wait outside until you’re let in. I ended up standing outside for about 30 minutes, even though I had arrived early and had a scheduled appointment. It was confusing and frustrating to see multiple patients waiting outside the same way. I find it very strange that patients are not allowed to wait inside,…
The first time I went the service was good but 2nd time was poor. I paid for my treatment privately everytime and cleared the bill that day. Got the receipts. 3 months later, they contact me claiming I have outstanding balance. Absolute joke. Never coming to you again. I've since been to Night and Day dental Practice, absolutely amazing.
So I've avoided the dentist for a LONG time. I went in today knowing I had a few issues that needed dealing with. I expected to be told off, but the dentist that seen me was very polite, he told me what concerns he had and what the next steps were. The receptionists were polite and well mannered. I'm quite glad I went. Thank you
Absolutely appalling dentist even after 3-4 attempts couldn’t get dentures correct, they keep changing dentists every time there’s a good dentist and you’re half way through your treatment suddenly they’ll do last minute cancellations and then you’ll realise the good dentist that was treating you has left and that’s happened numerous times since I joined this dental practice over 8 years now, I’m appalled by it’s service.
