I had a fantastic experience during my aligner consultation. The dentist and assistant, Zoya, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though I wasn’t familiar with aligners, they patiently guided me through everything and provided detailed explanations.

I was hoping this would be a very straightforward experience, as I only wanted my upper canine moving in slightly. My initial experience with Diamond White was brilliant, but unfortunately things went downhill after that. To this day the staff are very friendly and helpful, when you can actually get through to them on the phone.
