Great experience. Special mention to Dr Nasar Mahmood especially. I went in feeling quite anxious and unsure about what was going on, but he was really calm, patient and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable straight away. Had a lovely conversation too!! The rest of the team were just as lovely. I’ve been with this practice through many name and company changes over the years. It continues to move with the times, this visit booking in using a tablet for the first time. The receptionists were still on hand to answer question and take payment and book the next appointments after the visit. The surgery is easy to access with a ramp to the front door. The waiting room is plenty big enough, clean and bright. Our dentist operates out of a downstairs room, however there are a few dentists operating in rooms upstairs. Having not been to a dentist for 15 years I was very nervous about going as I knew I needed work doing and had also had an emergency extraction recently. I found the dentist Nasar Mahmood to be extremely welcoming and very friendly. He outlined all the issues and gave me options towards possible treatments going forward. Very happy with the service

I attended for a check-up and my dentist was amazing. She talked me through every part of the check up and explained my x-rays to me thoroughly. Her manner was friendly and she had a calming presence. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
