Chana Dental Practice - Leeds

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience when I called this clinic to book an urgent dental appointment due to severe tooth pain. The receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked if an earlier appointment was possible, she made an inappropriate and offensive comment in Punjabi, saying that “all Indians only want a dentist when they’re in pain.” As a patient in pain simply seeking help, I did not expect to be met with such disrespect and discrimination. TERRIBLE DENTIST -Insulting & makes fun of you, whilst sat there. I am a very nervous patient. It takes a lot of courage to walk into the dentist. I have been going here for a year, without issue. My last few visits have been horrible. The dentist appeared to be making jokes at my expense. He didn't explain what was happening. He told me twice I can get a new dentist, in one appointment. Horrible dental practice! Please avoid at all cost! They are very unprofessional and highly disregard patient satisfaction. Infact, the receptionists are so rude and careless on the phone and even worse in person. They are happy to take payments immediately but then refuse to give you appointments or very delayed appointments are given. I will be taking my complaint further.

DO NOT GO! RUINED MY DAD’S TEETH! My dad went to him years ago and he is still suffering from the repercussions. Three healthy adult teeth gone. Years of pain and difficulty eating. When my dad finally went to an actual professional (he would have gone sooner had it not been for the crazy wait times), they kept asking him where he had gone abroad to get this low level of work done or if he had an injury! No competence whatsoever
